Undergraduate Students 

• If you enter as a transfer student, you must complete four (4) full-time semesters and a minimum of 64 credits at Rensselaer, all of which will be applied to your Baccalaureate degree.
• To transfer credits, you must earn the equivalent of A, B, or C grades at the host institution.

Graduate Students

• Must earn the equivalent of A or B grades.

Under Rensselaer’s Repeated Courses Policy, courses taken at another college are not eligible to replace the Rensselaer grade in calculating the GPA/QPA. They are included in your total Earned Hours but do not appear on your Rensselaer Transcript.
