Request degree verification to document the degree(s) received from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute is also the custodian of the Hartford Graduate Center academic records and can provide information concerning former students’ academic history. A degree verification letter only includes information from your student record that is verifiable by the Student Records Office. A standard degree verification letter contains:
- Student name
- Rensselaer ID Number (RIN)-by student request only
- Degree awarded
- Graduation conferral date
