Final Exam Conflicts/Resolving student conflicts – Students must report final exam conflicts to the instructors involved.

• The lower-level course takes precedence over a higher-level course.
• If the courses are at the same level and no resolution can be reached, the department chair and then the school deans will be consulted for a decision regarding which course must offer an alternate exam time.
