VETERAN'S BENEFITS (VA Form 22-1990)
If you believe you are entitled to education benefits, you
can call the VA toll-free phone number (1-888-442-4551).
In order to receive VA Benefits for your Course work you
must contact the Veterans Certifying Official at the school or
training facility.
Online Application: You can get and submit
the application on-line, or submit a printed copy. Please
provide a copy to the VA Certifying Official On-Line. It is
located on www.gibill.va.gov here
VA Form 22-1990(online app.). When you have completed the
form, click on the Submit button and submit it electronically
to VA. Due to the fact that we need your original signature to
begin payments, you must still print out the signature page and
send it to the VA. If you are on active duty, your Education
Services Officer must also sign your application.
Printed Form: If you prefer, you can obtain
the printed application form and mail it to VA. It is located
on www.gibill.va.gov here VA Form
22-1990(printable). You may also be able to pick up the
application from the school or training facility you are
attending.
